Like everyone else, Jessica Alba has had her slips and spills in high heels. (This makes us all feel better right?) When Jessica Alba was asked by New York Magazine on how she avoids high heel related injuries, she responded with her secret… she sticks every shoe to the bottom of her foot with double stick tape.

We personally never thought of this one! The double stick tape will help keep your feet from sliding forward and will help perfect the shoe’s fit.  It’s definitely worth a try, especially if you have an event that you will be rocking heels all night in!

We had an amazing time at out Miss USA Wedge Run yesterday outside of Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas! Actress Dania Ramirez hosted while all 51 girls competed in a three legged race while wearing one of our favorite wedges, the Make My Day. The winners from the two legs then went on to run down the strip while carrying stacks of shoe boxes. Miss Missouri (pictured above with host Dania Ramirez and EVP Stewart Goldman) took home the winning title with a $2,000 check for her charity of choice. Congrats!
